SpeedNest™ Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on https://speedbeds.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase on the Website, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms of Service in full.
You have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy, including the stated production and shipping timelines.
You have read and agreed to our Refund & Return Policy as outlined in Section 6 below.
You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Pricing
SpeedNest™ car beds are made-to-order products. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
Colors, dimensions, fabric texture, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting in product photos, and manufacturing tolerances.
Minor cosmetic variations are inherent to the production process and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify product designs, features, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed:
Your car bed enters the production queue.
Estimated production time: 7–14 business days.
Estimated shipping time: 6–14 business days after production is complete.
Total estimated delivery time: 13–28 business days from the date of purchase.
By placing your order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these production and delivery timelines. These timelines are also detailed in our Shipping Policy.
4. Order Cancellations
Because SpeedNest™ products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at carbeds@outlook.com. Cancellations requested after production has started will not be accepted.
5. Dispute Resolution — Contact Us First
We are committed to resolving any issues with your order quickly and fairly.
If you experience any problem with your order — including delays, product concerns, or dissatisfaction — you agree to contact SpeedNest™ customer support at carbeds@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank or payment provider.
We ask for a minimum of 5 business days to investigate and resolve your concern after you contact us.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
Delayed resolution of your issue.
Loss of eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Being prohibited from making future purchases on the Website.
We maintain detailed records of all orders, communications, shipping confirmations, and tracking information, and will provide this documentation in response to any dispute.
6. Refund & Return Policy
6.1 — Eligibility
Because our products are made to order, we offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
Damaged product: The item arrived physically damaged or broken. You must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong product: You received a product that is materially different from what you ordered. You must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Non-delivery: Your order has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for more than 21 business days after the shipping confirmation was sent.
6.2 — What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund
Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or "I no longer want it."
Minor cosmetic variations consistent with the product type (slight color differences, minor fabric texture or stitching variations).
Delays within the stated production and shipping timeline (up to 28 business days).
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6.3 — Refund Process
To request a refund, email carbeds@outlook.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographic evidence (if applicable)
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpeedNest™ and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Damages resulting from misuse of the product.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of SpeedNest™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Website or our products for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the Website's security, functionality, or infrastructure.
Submit false or fraudulent orders or payment information.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Website for any customer engaging in prohibited conduct.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placement of new orders after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
